Have you ever wondered how things would unfold for end time events? Ever wonder who would be the ones who would make it possible for these events to take place? Well such an event just took place and now we can put a picture with the one who made it happen.
I grew up in the faith being told to read the Word of God for myself. That by doing this I would grow in my faith and understanding of the truths of scripture. But ironically what is plainly written isn’t enough for some in the Christian faith. Now I am told by some individuals that I can not trust what I plainly see written in the scripture. That somehow I have not grown up in the faith, unless I believe what is not written in the text I have come to put my faith in. Continue reading
There are many reasons to be upset about the latest Supreme Court ruling concerning the definition of marriage. It changes 6,000 years of human history. It is not supported in the constitution. What about religious objectors and their constitutional rights, what will happen to us?
But there is another attack being conducted now that the court has ruled. It is an attack on our ability as a nation to have godly offspring. In the book of Malachi, God is telling Israel that they have violated the covenant of marriage. And in this part of scripture God spells out why He instituted marriage in the first place. In my circles I know a lady that is aware I do not believe that scripture teaches the Calvinist doctrine. To be honest I don’t think she is a full Calvinist either, but this person puts her faith in the once saved, always saved doctrine. Or was Jesus speaking about something else? Continue reading

A year before this came out of the closet, I along with two other men had a conversation with this man about salvation. The explosion that took place during this conversation was witnessed by everyone, since I was in a local place (not church) of believers. Continue reading
Almost every Christian can quote the first part of Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death…”. But what do we think when we quote Paul? Do we think that the wages of sin is death no matter what! Or is the wages of sin death only for the unbeliever, but Christians get a pass from Jesus when we sin.
There is a doctrine in the church which teaches that Christians can sin for an undetermined amount of time doing an undetermined amount of sinning and the wages of sin is not death. This doctrine, to be more specific, says this sinning believer will not ever be in the danger of going to hell and certainly not result in spiritual death.
So to repeat the question, is the wages of sin still death, or not?
